Visiting

No cookies, no identifiers and no third-party scripts. Each page view records the page, the site that linked to it, a country, whether the device is a phone, tablet or desktop, and the time — nothing that could tell one visitor from another. That is why there is no consent banner.

Subscribing by email

If you subscribe to new posts, your email address is stored, with the dates you subscribed and confirmed. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, and no tracking of whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

• It is used only to send an email when a post is published, and is never shared or sold.
• It is kept in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in Sydney, and passed to Resend to deliver each email: PLACEHOLDER: where Resend processes and stores data
• An address that is never confirmed is deleted after seven days.
• Unsubscribing, from the link in any email, deletes your address rather than marking it.
